Cancellation/Refund Policy Items purchased from Play It Loud Stores and Play it Loud online qualify for a limited 14 day return/exchange privilege. Special order, custom builds and any deposits related to them are non - refundable and final sales. Clearance items and Scratch and dent liquidation items also are final sale items. Due to the nature of boutique musical instruments refunds are currently not offered. If it is determined by store ownership that a refund will be offered, that refund will be in the same manner of payment type as the purchase. In the event that the payment was a trade in, a store credit will be issued. This policy can and will be subject to change.
